About
the EasyPay payment method:
If you prefer to pay month-to-month, sign up for
Rocky Top's "EasyPay". You will be assigned
a monthly billing cycle date - either the 1st, the 5th, the
15th, or the 25th of the month, on which your credit
card will be automatically charged.
On
the Easypay system, you may skip months at the park
with at least 2 days' notice preceding your billing
cycle date. EasyPay is a great way to switch among
the different membership plans according to the
season. You may also
make quarterly dues payments via the Easypay system,
and enjoy a discount (you may make changes to
your membership at the end of any quarter).
There
is a $15 registration fee for this payment method. You may skip up to 3 consecutive months before
you are required to re-register and repay the fee.
Payment
FAQs: I am on the Easypay system, and I paid
for last month, but was not able to make it to the
park at all! Can I credit last month’s payment
to this month? No - regardless of payment method,
dues are paid in advance for the plan and schedule
you signed up for - so you are committed to the
plan whether or not you are able to visit the park.
I
will be away on vacation for 2 weeks of next month,
so I’ll only be able to make use of the park
during the other 2 weeks. Can I pay for just 2 weeks?
No, the smallest unit of time available is one month.
My
dog just had surgery and will not be able to go
to the park for 7 days. Can I suspend my membership
or get an extension? Only on your next billing cycle
date (for quarterly payment shedules, this is at
the end of the quarter). The only dues payment plans
that permit a “freeze” option are the
six and twelve month plans.
After
suspending my membership, do I have to wait until
my billing cycle date to resume? No, your membership
will resume on the next available billing cycle
date.
If
I choose to skip the month of August, do I have
to pay the sign up fee again when I return in September?
No, you only have to repay the fee if your membership
remains inactive for more than 3 months.
Last
month, I paid for 3 months of the Fi-Fi, but
now I want the full membership. Can I upgrade in
the middle of the quarter? YES, you can always upgrade!
