Important: Members and visitors must comply with park policies and provide WRITTEN proof of current vaccinations (collar tags are not sufficient) prior to using the park. Please familiarize yourself with the PARK POLICIES before bringing your dog to the park!

Follow these steps to become a member of Rocky Top Dog Park:      

 

1. Review membership plans and fees to determine which plan/payment schedule best suits your needs.

2. Contact - Come to the park on Saturday or Sunday during non-member hours (1 pm to 4 pm, but hours may change with the season - please call to verify times), or call 609-279-2750 for an appointment. Gretchen Zimmer, the park manager, will be glad to meet you at the park at a time that is convenient for you - if possible, please call a day or two ahead of your desired appointment time.

3. Complete an application - If you like, you may fill out an application before coming to the park:

Complete and submit your application via email
 
Print an application form, complete and mail or bring it to the park

Printed forms are also available in the Info Box at the park. Completed application may be dropped off in the "lock box" located to the left of the office door at the park, mailed to Rocky Top Dog Park, P.O. Box 35, Kingston, NJ 08528, or you may bring your application with you at the time of your appointment.

4. Come to the park during weekend non-member hours or at your pre-arranged appointment time.
Be sure to bring with you:

  •   Your Dog(s) !
  •   Your completed application form if not already submitted
  •   Written proof of rabies & DHLPP vaccination (proof of heartworm preventive not required)
  •   Spay/neuter certificate
  •   A form of payment - check or cash (preferred) or credit card - Mastercard or Visa are preferred.
      (Amex and Discover are also accepted.)
At your appointment, the park manager will review your dog's records, perform various checks to determine your dog's temperament, and ask you to sign a standard waiver form.
